The Avaya IP 500 Office telephone system combines high-end voice and data applications with easy to use tools that allow small and medium sized businesses to give cutting edge customer service.

The system has all the features you would expect in a quality telephone system with individual voicemail, direct dial telephone numbers, auto attendant, diversion of calls to remote sites and mobiles and pop up links to Outlook or ACT! for quick dialling.

Due to its modular design the Avaya phone system is exceptionally flexible with a maximum of 240 lines and 272 extensions meeting fully the needs of home offices, standalone businesses and networked branch and head offices.
